As part of a rebranding practice, I chose to rebrand The Institute of Culinary Education.

Known colloquially as “ICE,” I chose instead to highlight “The Institute” as the new nickname creating a stronger, more informative identity, that is also less likely to be mis-associated with other organizations.

The promotional business cards have a die-cut knife in the middle of the card, with the icon on one side and the website on the reverse. These are to be distributed at career fairs, culinary events, etc.

The new branding can be used on large banners outside of The Institute’s downtown New York City building, as well as in their new Los Angeles location.

The display reaches potential students and informs the general public of events that are open to everyone.
