Clue/Cluedo Board Game Redesign

adobe photoshop | adobe indesign

I created my own versions of all character, room and weapon cards for the classic board game Clue (“Cluedo” in the UK). These cards are inspired by the original version of the game (1949), as well as current versions from the UK and the US.

My characters reference early cards (such as two ‘t’s in Miss Scarlett), plus include my own modern take, like the drag queen Miz Peacock.

Replacing some of the less relatable rooms like the Ballroom, I chose to add cards for the Attic and others to make my version distinct.

Similar to the other cards, I changed a few weapons, and included some that were part of the original game concept, like poison.
